THE OPPORTUNITY

Your Mission

As a Project Coordinator at KRCrossing, your primary goal is to oversee our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring everything operates without a hitch. You'll be the essential link within our team, adeptly managing schedules, resources, and communication to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You'll be working closely with Rich, who will be your main point of contact. We're Looking For A Construction Coordination Rockstar Who:

  • Excels in generating operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and within budget, leading to maximum client satisfaction.

  • Takes pride in being part of a dynamic team that transforms stress into seamless construction experiences, allowing clients to focus on their core business.

This is a full-time role where you will:

  • Play a crucial role in a leading Independent Commercial Construction Project Management team.

  • Learn from industry veterans with decades of experience in construction management and business development.

What Are The Requirements For This Role?

Must-Haves:

​

Detail-Oriented: The ability to focus on the specifics and manage tasks with a high level of accuracy is crucial.

​

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Effective communication is key to coordinating between teams, clients, and stakeholders.

​

Problem-Solving Independently: You should be capable of addressing issues on your own without immediate oversight.

​

Proficiency with Relevant Software: Essential for managing documents, schedules, and communication effectively. GSuite, Box, Clickup, Smartsheet, Lucernex, Plan Grid, Procore knowledge is a plus.

​

Strong Work Ethic: We work a lot, and it's part of our company culture.

​

Plus (Preferred, but Not Required):

 

Experience in Operations: Specifically, working within the construction industry or with an architectural firm. This background provides a strong foundation for understanding the complexities of construction projects.

 

Flexibility to Work Outside Standard Hours: While not a strict requirement, the ability to be adaptable with work hours is highly valued, especially in project-based roles where timelines can shift.


Potential for Travel: There may be occasions where travel is required, such as for on-site meetings or project kick-offs in different locations. This adds an exciting dimension to the role, offering opportunities to engage directly with projects and stakeholders.

Out of those, 2 will get the chance to tackle a paid project task. It's a great way for us both to see if we're a match.

Our goal is to have someone in place and ready to work by the end of April 2024.
