Cindi Kato has been a standout in our work at Cole Haan, where we racked up awards left and right for both outlet and full-price stores. She's been a real cornerstone in these projects.
Here’s the deal with Cindi: her work ethic is off the charts, and her talent for building partnerships is second to none. She's been instrumental in pushing the retail sector to new heights, and her synergy with designers and architects is pure magic.
Those awards we got? Couldn't have done it without Cindi’s powerhouse contributions. Her impact’s been huge, and we’re super grateful for the connections and successes she’s helped us achieve.

Let me introduce you to Phil Eckinger and his squad at Eckinger Construction. These folks are legendary in the construction world, boasting a century in the biz.
Phil's more than a boss; he's a true leader, hands-on in every project. The team’s commitment to excellence, their knack for problem-solving, and their proactive nature, like when they found that elusive Lululemon tile, are just phenomenal.
If you’re talking about delivering top-notch projects right on time, Eckinger Construction is the name that comes to mind. A massive shoutout to Phil and his incredible team for setting the standard high in construction.
3. Pipp Mobile: Streamlining Efficiency
Pipp Mobile has completely changed the game in our retail construction projects, especially in streamlining our back-of-house operations.
These guys are wizards with mobile stockroom management and shelving systems, tailoring solutions that fit each brand like a glove. Their efficiency, reliability, and ability to make everything fall into place are just outstanding.
Working with Pipp Mobile feels like they’re an extension of our team. Huge props to them, especially Lori Garvin and Angela Morse, for their consistent top-tier service and reliability.

In my 30 years in this gig, it’s hard to impress me, but Steadfast just keeps blowing me away with their spot-on approach and execution.
Carl Musacchia and Denise Sharp aren’t just leading the pack; they’re right in the mix, making things happen. Their team, including the likes of Steve Berry and Curt Reis, handles tough projects with skill and a cool head, especially in challenging environments.
Mastering projects in the challenging Tri-State area is no small feat, and Steadfast does it with flair. They’re more than just a contracting company; they’re a team of skilled and committed pros who make big challenges seem easy. Excited for more collaborations and success stories with them!
