Hi there, I’m Michele

I’m the CEO of KRCrossing and have been doing retail construction project management for the last 30-odd years. I absolutely love my job and there’s nothing more rewarding for me than bringing a project to completion on time, and on budget. I love to be there at the opening of a new store, even if we had to pull an all-nighter to get everything to perfection before the ribbon gets cut. 

One of my biggest strengths (I’ve been told) is managing and dealing with people of all backgrounds. There’s nothing like personal loyalty to get people to go above and beyond their call of duty - which, in my domain, needs to be the default mode of operation.

And here’s me, Rich. 

You guessed it, I’m Michele’s son.
